Nikki Weber is a performance and recovery coach helping athletes return from injury with structure, clarity, and confidence. The goal of this project was to develop a brand identity and website that matched his direct, no-nonsense approach — clean, minimalist, and focused. I created a full visual system and responsive site that reflects Nikki’s calm authority, while making it easy for clients to understand his services and get in touch.
Nikki wanted to avoid anything overly flashy or decorative. He needed a brand that communicated professionalism, control, and capability — all while maintaining a sense of calm. The visuals had to reflect his focused mindset and structured process, while still being inviting to new clients.
We began by identifying the tone: cool, clear, and composed. From there, I built a visual system using a monochromatic palette of blacks, blues, grays, and whites — minimal and direct, just like Nikki’s approach to recovery.
The logo uses a clean, monogram-inspired mark for a professional feel, with alternate versions that incorporate a kettlebell to make the service offering instantly recognizable. Typography and layout were kept minimal and confident, creating a strong sense of presence without unnecessary noise.
The website follows a streamlined, responsive design — built in Webflow for easy updates and optimal performance across devices. It prioritizes clarity and flow, giving visitors exactly what they need, with no distractions.
The final brand reflects Nikki’s clear, confident presence and gives him the tools to show up professionally across every touchpoint — from his website and business cards to apparel and signage. The clean design and sharp logo suite communicate structure and trust at a glance, helping potential clients immediately understand who he is and what he offers. It’s a brand built to perform — minimal, direct, and steady, just like Nikki’s approach.
